After you request an ICCS packet, your unique Case Number is sent separately. It remains active for one year from the date it is issued.

Common Sense does not require complication.
The International Court of Common Sense considers matters that should not require legal proceedings, elaborate argument, or needless hostility to resolve.
It hears both people, makes no presumptions, and decides what should have been obvious. The Court may agree with either person, both, or neither.

The Court’s record begins with its first ruling. Search by topic to see whether the Court has already considered a similar matter. If you do not find your topic, you may have a case of first impression.
